Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant who will provide administrative support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating new hire paperwork
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
- Coordinate and schedule employee training and development programs
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in HR
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
