Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant who will provide administrative support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating new hire paperwork
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related documentation
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed
  • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
  • Coordinate and schedule employee training and development programs
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in HR
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
