Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Oversee order fulfillment and shipping processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Develop and maintain warehouse policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment
